She's ready to connect to all parts of her Self and to cultivate a loving and powerful relationship with Self that is based on truth and authenticity. You can't control all the things that happen around you. You CAN control what happens inside of you, in your inner world. From your self-talk to your core beliefs about yourself, the state of your inner reality determines your outer reality. YOU create your reality. Each week has a different theme designed to give you the tools and knowledge to become a radiant woman and create your reality. Each week consists of a meditation practice, a movement practice, and guided reflections that invite you to look deeper, embody your human experience, and challenge the ideals put upon you. To top it all off, we'll have weekly group calls to foster the connection and sense of community that is so important to being a radiant woman. I'll guide you through the weekly themes and help you in your transformation and integration. This Program shows you what truly living is all about.
